- If for some strange reason that the order is impossible for us to complete.
- You requested to cancel, before the order has been started.
No refunds will be offered if the conversion process has ended and files have been viewed. In cases where we have completed conversion process of "x" number of pages out of "x" number of pages, refunds will only be offered on pages we haven't done any conversion work. In case of a refund, we require that all xhtml and css style sheet files are kept within our possession and deleted, at which point an agreement must be signed by the client not to re-produce and/or use of our work.
